The enrollment fee for new families is $250 for the first student and $100 for each additional student. For new students of current SCS families, the enrollment fee is $100 per new student enrolled. Enrollment fees are due at the time of acceptance. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Each family has the choice to pay in full by July 20th, or to set up an automatic payment plan through the FACTS Management Company. When you register your payment plan with FACTS you may select either a two-pay plan or a monthly plan. Monthly plans must be fully paid by April 2011.
Tuition and Fees payments are due on their scheduled payment dates. Tuition payments not received on their scheduled due dates are subject to a $25 returned payment fee by FACTS. Any payments more than 30 days past due will result in students being dismissed from class.
The multi-student discount normally available for K-12 students does not apply for pre-school students. The first pre-school student in every household is subject to the rates above. Additional pre-school students within the same household will receive a 10% discount.
Some families may also qualify for one of the following tuition reductions.
• Full-time Christian Worker
• Career missionary families
• Full-time employee of SCS or HPBC
Tuition Assistance for pre-school students is not available.
Fees are collected for special testing and all voluntary student activities that are not covered by tuition and other charges. Voluntary activities may include, but are not limited to, items like mats, lunch and milk programs, and special events.
All enrollment fees are non-refundable. Tuition will be prorated through the day of transfer or withdrawal. Any prepaid tuition is also refundable.
