Tuition is based on the number of students attending from within a family. Member families of Highland Park Baptist Church are eligible for a reduced tuition rate. To determine the total tuition for your family, refer to the appropriate chart below. Please note that the order of students (1st, 2nd, etc.) is determined by age, with the oldest students first. For example, if a non-HPBC family has 4 students in grades 12, 7, 3, and K, total tuition would be $20,500 ($8,100 + $7,550 + $4,850 + No Charge).

The enrollment fee for new SCS families is $200 for the first student and $100 for each additional student. For returning SCS students, the re-enrollment fee is $200 per family. For new students of current SCS families, the enrollment fee is $100 per new student enrolled. Enrollment fees are due at the time of acceptance or re-enrollment for the next school year.
A fee of $35 is charged for testing students entering the elementary school for the first time. This fee covers a portion of the cost of the testing program and is due at the time the test is administered.
Each sport for which a student wishes to participate requires a fee of $50 (grades K-5), $75 (grades 6-8), or $100 (grades 9-12). Additional fees of $75 and $200 are charged for golf and football, respectively. These fees cover a portion of the sports program cost and are charged directly to your tuition account at the beginning of the sport season.
All enrollment, admission testing, and athletic fees are non-refundable. Tuition will be prorated through the day of transfer or withdrawal. Any prepaid tuition is also refundable.
Each family has the choice to make its full-year tuition payment by July 20, 2008, or to set up a pre-scheduled tuition payment plan through the FACTS Management Company. When you register with FACTS you may select either a two-pay plan or a monthly plan. Monthly plans must be fully paid by April 2009. Tuition payments are due on their pre-scheduled payment dates. Payments not received within ten (10) days of their due date are subject to a $25 late fee. Any tuition payments not paid within 60 days of the due date may result in students being dismissed from class. Records and transcripts will only be forwarded to another school or college for students whose accounts are fully paid.
