In the early morning before leaving Waikaloa, I had a lovely quiet stroll. I enjoyed seeing this sea turtle swimming into the lagoon. |
Flying into Maui |

| We arrived in Maui in the afternoon and checked into the Wailea Marriott. Our room was steps from the ocean, and had a wonderful view from the balcony. |  |

The Marriott was connected to the other resorts and beaches along the shoreline by this walkway. In the distance is the island of Lanai. |

| While Rick sat on the balcony to enjoy the sunset, I wandered along the shore trying to get the perfect angle for my shots. This is one of my favorites from Wailea. |  |
