This PE course will emphasize personal fitness for life. It will also help to develop coordination during various drills, lessons, and activities. The activities in this course are fitness oriented. Fundamental techniques, a variety of methods, and strategies will be points of focus. All activities are created and designed to develop an appreciation of the body as a gift of God and offer exposure to a variety of personal wellness strategies.
The 2nd hour P.E. class will working on Frisbe skills and playing ultimate frisbe. The 6th hour class will be working on football skills and playing touch football.
