This PE course will emphasize personal fitness for life. It will also help to develop coordination during various drills, lessons, and activities. The activities in this course are fitness oriented. Fundamental techniques, a variety of methods, and strategies will be points of focus. All activities are created and designed to develop an appreciation of the body as a gift of God and offer exposure to a variety of personal wellness strategies.
Please be properly prepared for participating in Physical Education activities outside in the cooler weather. Also, it is a great idea to have an alternate pair of shoes and socks as we will be involved in activities outside in wet grass.
