An entire reading of the New Testament is required. This will be assessed via the honor system. Reading will be recorded at the beginning of the class period.
Points: Each chapter read will be worth one point.
• F.Y.I. – The New Testament has 260 chapters.
Late Reading…
• Late readings will be assessed a 50% point deduction. Also, late readings must be turned in by the Friday of the week they were due, no exceptions.
F.Y.I. – “Late” reading means anything not recorded at the beginning of the class hour. Work turned in at the end of the hour or day will be deemed late.
One Grace Make Up…
• Students will be able to make up one reading per quarter with no lose of points (View this one make up as a “pay-later” plan).
• Not completing the reading at the required times will cause you to do poorly in this course. Try to set up a reading schedule during each week to avoid attempting to read an entire book(s) in one sitting the day before.
• If you would like to use an audio recording of the New Testament as an aid you must have the text open in front of you as you follow along.
