September in Second Grade
The first month of school has been a busy time for Mrs. Veldman's second graders. We are learning how to be good team members as we work together in class. In Bible we have been talking about God as the Creator of our amazing world. As part of our science unit, we are watching mealworms change as they go through their life cycle. Did you know that mealworms eventually become beetles? We are looking forward to Spirit Week coming up in October. Be sure to check back to see us showing our SCS spirit!
